My boyfriend and I are finishing up a rehab.  Instead of selling it, we’re considering setting it up for corporate housing as opposed to a traditional rental home.  Has anyone done this? Any tips, resources, etc? Thank you in advance for any assistance. We want to automate it as much as possible.

Thanks for your response.  Are there restrictions as far as renting in manufactured home park?

I'm considering buying a manufactured home as an investment property.  Any thoughts?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jonathon! Not sure if you're post is still relevant. I'm in San Diego too. I am a notary signing agent and I love it. There is plenty of work. If you did 10 signings a week, you could make $1000 which is $4000 per month. I'd be happy to give you some guidance

Who has invested with Roofstock One?  I'm not financially ready to purchase and I want to invest some of my savings so it's not just sitting in the bank.  It looks like they do fractional investments.  I'd really appreciate some feedback.

Hi Daniel.  Most closings average $100 per signing.  I've taken assignments from $75 to $150.  That's with a signing service.  If you work direct you can make much more.  I'd be happy to share information with you and give you some guidance if you'd like.  Feel free to message me back!
