I'm looking for a note servicer or escrow company for my deal.  It's an owner financed deal and I'd like to have a 3rd party take care of distributing funds to the lender, and also for taxes and insurance. Must be able to have an online account with them to view status of loans anytime. I'm in NE Ohio, a local company would be great, but a national company would work as well.  Any suggestions or referrals?

Hey guys has anybody dealt with or have any good recommendations for a Securities attorney in Cleveland/Akron/Canton? I'm looking specifically for someone who will deal with an investor raising funds for real estate and be able to help with the legalities of it.

Hello,  I've been on bigger pockets for a while but relatively inactive. I'm looking to be more engaged here in the future.  I have a background in construction. I have my own roofing business currently.  My wife and I currently own our own home and are looking to start investing (buy and hold) in multifamily properties.  Looking to connect with other investors, agents, and partners in and around Wayne, stark, summit, and Tusc counties.
