Would love input on whether or not this is a solid deal. I understand it needs to align with your end goals as an investor but just in the broadest sense, is this deal solid or returns are minimal?

@Andrew Postell thank you for the response. Yes, its important to understand to be all in on a property under what a lender refinance for.

If I we're to refi one of our rehabs out of my flipping LLC, does applying for the refi go off both personal and flipping LLC's income or...? How would it work If I establish a new LLC to hold my rentals?
