Searching for contractors in Memphis, TN
My partner and I are wanting to purchase fix and flips in the Memphis, TN area and are looking for recommendations for contractors. We are out of state investors that are working with a RE agent in TN. Any advice would be appreciated.

@Brennen Bridgeford, I too am looking at purchasing in the Memphis area as an out of state investor. I am working with a realtor as well there but still digging into exactly where in each zip code I am looking. What areas are you looking at in Memphis?
