Hi Brian,

The zip code is correct. Google map brings up the property.

Thank you Jared for your insight. I am not very familiar with the area.

Thanks James for the info.

I found a triplex with section 8 tenants in it. So thought of buying.

Hi Benjamin,

I paid like $500 to attend his 3 day event, after attending his webinar. But since I paid, he is delaying the event for some or the other reason. It's already been 4 months. The phone number mentioned on website and email don't work. No one picks phone or replies to the email.

Luckily I had another phone number and email which is not listed on website and I was able to communicate with him.

I am waiting for April 3rd event. Hopefully this time I would be able to attend. If not would ask for a refund. Hope that helps.

Thanks,

Jay

Hi,

I found answers to my question. So posting here, if anyone is still looking for it:

For a property under loan (with\without entity), if sued, the first right of payment would go to bank, since Bank is first lien holder. So whatever is earnest down payment would be liable in this case.

Secondly, I found a way to protect assets, so that NO ONE can sue, even if a person, publicly declare all the assets he owns.

Thanks.

Hello everyone,

I attended webinar of Terry Hale which was awesome and promising. Wondering if anyone attended the 3 day event or has worked with Terry before. If so, I would like to know your experience. Thanks.

Thanks Mike and Amanda for your responses.

However my 2nd question is still open: If someone get's sued for a property (not under LLC), with a HELOC, that technically means the property is owned by bank. So legally is it likely that seur would take away that property ?

Hi everyone:

Got 2 questions:

1. Is there any way to get HELOC on property tied to LLC ?

2. If no, then how about this : Buy property on my name and get HELOC.

If so, then can anyone sue me and get the property, since the property would be now with the Bank I got HELOC from.

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
