Hi BP members,

Found a off market property in Cleveland, 44119, Ohio.

Wondering about class and neighborhood? Is it worth investing there? Thank you

Hi fellow members,

I am looking at a property in South Colinwood neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. Neighbourhood scout says 24% vacancy in that neighborhood.

I would like to know experts advice here on vacancy, crime, anything that a investor should worry about this neighborhood. Thank you!

@James Wise Few people in BP podcasts mentioned that found good loan terms with local lenders and credit unions. So wanted to check out how that works.

@Bob Prisco not looking to refi at the moment.

@Bob Prisco In my experience credit unions are better than bank sometimes, especially the local ones. I do work with Private money lenders, but wanted to find out how credit unions are lending to investors. Thanks.

@Charles Ngansop I would move the dates to whatever dates they are comfortable to pay with. Dates dont have to be always 1st or 15th of month. Good luck.
