This is is for my rental properties. I do not have a 401k or IRA. I did have a 403B, but it was not doing much, so I used if for a down payment for a rental.

Hi all,  

I listened to a podcast a while back that mentioned a lender that only needed cash reserves for one property or no cash reserve.  Does anyone know of a lender that does so.  Most lenders want cash reserves for all properties.  I'm looking to refinance a property that I own outright.  Let me know.
