@Caroline Gerardo thanks we did have eviction hearing and all went well course it was hard concidering brother tried everything to convince judge would rule in his favor but he's out now and haven't seen or herd from him. Really hate things got so toxic between us but learning experience for sure.

@JD Martin yeah I agree made rash decision but going back for sure thinks sometimes just need to hear it from someone esle

I left my w-2 job few weeks ago to start my own business my goal is to scale in real estate currently own 2 properties after my quick descion to leave my w-2 job now my thoughts are wondering if I should go back considering I know having w-2 job makes it so much easier to buy properties. Any advice would be appreciated

About a year ago my brother was falling on hard times I've tried to help him with work too get him back on his feet. But he just seems content living with me with no responsibilities.. After months of telling him he needs to do something I finally had to file for eviction sense he won't leave.. Have court date this week if anyone has knowledge of what might happen please share with me.. This is in Kentucky... Thanks

@James Folsom congratulations northern ky good pick... I'm new investor here in Latonia and love the area..There's good areas in Newport and Covington..
