I know when I was getting started with my real estate investment LLC, I had to buy the properties in my personal name and then later quit claim deed them into my LLC. I can point you toward financing options and attorneys if you want to send me a personal message.

That is who I was going to recommend to you, Talk to Sean over there and he will take good care of you.

You can use a hard money lender on a distressed property were they will loan you 70% of the ARV (after renovation value), fix it up as Laura mentioned and then use one of their affiliates that has a product that is direct to Fannie Mae to finance it back out.

It is a great way to do deals with hardly any or none of your own money depending on the deal.
