I am a sophomore in college, trying to find internships and a stable income. Though I have enough (majority in the stock market) to buy a very cheap SFR, I feel that I should continue saving for something a little better. I would appreciate any advice for the situation I am in.

I am also looking to find a mentor or seasoned investor, who I would be willing to do free work for in exchange for knowledge (what beginner isn't!). Any advice on how to find one?

Thank you!

@Nathan Gesner

Thank you!

Being a sophomore in college, and working part time, it has been hard to accumulate a large savings. But, I plan to learn as much as I can (using resources such as the ones you’ve listed) to prepare for the day I have that money.

I appreciate the response and the words of advice!

I am a college student with a passion for real estate investing, but a lack of funds and credit. Nothing is more valuable than knowledge, and that is exactly what I am seeking. I am looking for an investor who would be willing to teach me what they know about real estate and real estate investing. I am willing to take on any task given to me, no matter how big or small. No matter your level of experience, I am want to learn from you.

Thank you!
