@Cari Childers - I actually pulled equity from some properties in anticipation of how to leverage a bit.  I'm not a big investor - yet :). We actually just quit our W2 businesses to become investors full time (My wife and I) in Orlando.  And we have only visited there twice before.  Your conviction will be key in this time!  Mindset is a must.  I have heard my mentor refer to this pandemic as "st Carona" b/c of all the blessings that will come out of this

I have had good luck in Colorado with "portfolio loans".  In fact we are moving to MCO and need to find a portfolio lender in Orlando.  I have interviews Marine Bank in Melbourne and they seem very easy to work with and do offer a variety of portfolio loans.  My question to them will be how willing to work with properties an hour away?  This is my contact.  Albeit she has been SWAMPED of late.  I can't post her phone/email but easy to google her
