Need advice on selling or giving away timeshare? My wife bought one years ago, it's paid off but we have never used it and would like to get rid of it. It is in Florida, all you need to pay are the maintenance fees.

If you want to do business on your own, you need the Managing Broker License. I would recommend starting under a broker first.
