Hi BP community. I did some basic info search on 203k loans. And I was thinking will the FHA still lend on fire damage property's? Even if the rehab coast exceeds 5,000? I guess this is a 2 part question.

Prices going up on RE is what am worried about, I still got another year before am back in the market to purchase again. hopefully by end of 2023 prices on properties will be going down
