Hey everyone,

I'm Javier, from Orange County, NY (live in Middletown, NY). I'm looking to connect with local investors specializing in multifamily properties in my local area.
Not only that, but I am hoping to get advice, ask questions, and expand my knowledge as I plan to start looking into getting my first property.

If you're around this area, I'd love to talk and connect!

Thank you!

Hi everyone,

I'm new to investing into RE and don't own any properties yet. Currently saving up to get my first property. How early
should I initiate communication with a real estate agent? Even if I am saving up now, is it best to wait?

Thank you!

Hey everyone,

I am currently employed full-time as a software engineer, but I'm interested in embarking on a real estate investment journey. I have the ability to save money, and I've accumulated approximately $40,000. I am seeking advice and guidance from individuals who have experience in owning multi-family properties with 2 to 4 units. I reside in the Orange County area of New York and am interested in investing in properties in this region or possibly in New Paltz, NY. Although I haven't yet explored the process of finding a real estate agent due to my lack of familiarity with it, I understand that they can be instrumental in facilitating the process. I am uncertain about the initial steps I should take to acquire my first property and would appreciate any guidance in this regard.

Thank you in advance!
