Just curious, has anyone on here started off with commercial real estate? Meaning, your very first deal as a Real Estate investor was for a property with more than, let's say 16 units. If so, how did you do it?

Getting started in REI here. Haven't bought anything yet, still doing research. Can anyone give me the story on management companies? Should I use one or not? How do they make a profit from my (future)house?

Hello everyone, new member to bigger pockets. Already love this site. I'm a college student, so money is almost non existent. I understand saving is the best way to get money, but that might take a while. Is there any other options that people have had success in? Thanks!
