A 4 unit multifamily home in Cincinnati Ohio and looking for a property management company.  Any help will be great

As of now I have 2 units full that fetches ~2K per month and other two units are vacant which can fetch another 2.4K per month

Looking for references for some good property management companies or property managers who can manage this property

Looking for an insurance company who can provide a liability and property insurance (perhaps a landlord or commercial policy) for a 4 unit multifamily home in Ohio

Will appreciate any leads or recommendations

Hi all, i am new to investing in multifamily homes, bought my first and looking for a insurance company, i was with United States liability insurance but after inspection they cancelled it without providing any firm reason as to why ?  All units are fully occupied currently, so not sure what the inspector found
