Hello BP Team- can anyone refer me to a realtor specializing to sell multifamily homes in Cincinnati OH ?

@Patti Robertson Thanks for the reply.  Any suggestions on how to tackle loooooong delays by CMHA (Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority) employees.  Everything is sllllllllllllllloooooooowwwww.  RTA takes 3-4 weeks for review before inspection, after 3-4 weeks get a minor finding and asked to fix lease.  Is it normal or am i over expecting ?

@Patti Robertson I wish i had a property in your area, Cincy really needs a lot of help with good motivated and S8 experienced property managers.  I spoke to at least 8 different PMs who were recommended in Biggerpockets and 10 different PMs found online for Cincy area to find out only a handful interested in managing S8.  I really really hope i don't run into the same issues as I had with my previous PM

The part i would add is process is much bigger of a pain than the tenants itself is what i have heard from at least 4 different PMs in Cincinnati area.  CMHA employees must be the most contented employees on planet earth :) A little frustration apologize, but seriously not providing an inspector for months, unanswered phone calls, emails and then holding rents due to that.  Where is the accountability and responsibility ?

I think good vs bad tenant is a function of quality of screening process that Brian described as well, conventional tenants could be equally abusive
