Appreciate the feedback Jordan and Robert.

Robert, for some further clarity my wife and I are looking at small multi-family properties from 2-4 units.  We've driven the area a bit, but feel we need a local agent and/or property manager to better facilitate our search and avoid the higher crime areas.  Do you know general neighborhoods that you would recommend for or against?

Thanks again!

Hello,

My wife and I are looking to invest in our very first property in the Greenville/Spartanburg areas of South Carolina.  We are fairly unfamiliar with the area, but have driven around both counties and feel there is ample opportunity in that market.  We are hoping to purchase a quad in 2018 and know there are a couple of items that we are looking to find some initial guidance on to point us in the right direction such as areas/neighborhoods to consider/avoid, investor friendly agencies in the area, property managers and any other suggestions for consideration.  My I know this is a fairly broad request, but any and all suggestions/advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks everyone!
