We are looking at doing some residential fix and flips. We have found two private money lending sources, that have money and are interested in lending to us. These private money lenders are new to this, and we are also. We would be treating this as a LOC, and not taking the full amount at one time. Are there any templates out there to help set this up, instead of a standard mortgage calculator? Or any other information that will help us learn about this, as well as show the lenders exactly what this will look like. Thanks for any information.

I am looking at buying a property that has an existing tenant that will probably have to be evicted. Can someone explain the tenant eviction process in MS? Process? Costs?

@Nicholaus McNeal I stumbled across the book rich dad, poor dad. Then found bigger pockets online. Unfortunately I was stuck in research mode for a while until I began Wholesaling. Been doing that as much as I can while having a w-2 job and been fairly successful. I’m still Wholesaling but now looking to purchase my first rental property when I find the one that works best for me.
