I agree with @Patsy Waldron I have some pretty good deals in Cleveland for around 30k, outside of east Cleveland. Can't find anything near 15k unless its in the war zones

@Ethan Marks There are a lot of good deals on and off the market in Ohio if you are skeptical go elsewhere. You don't want your money wrapped into working with people you don't trust. We wholesale in a few markets in Ohio and believe me if its fishy, theee are better deals out there.
