Im new to bp trying to get good referrals for investor friendly Realtors and property managers in the Cleveland area? Also need to know some good areas around Cleveland for rentals. Zip codes or areas that would be rental friendly. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

hi noah welcome to bp! Im new as well and live in dubois pa , like hour away from you. I have family in Dayton Ohio and am trying wholesaling out of that area mostly buying and selling rentals to investors intereted

Wanna start with whole sale and work my way up. Have ties to the Dayton Ohio area as well and have oppurtunities there but not sure what numbers im wanting exactly. Any thoughts?
