Thanks Ernest...I've joined both groups and will be attending them this month.

Interested in learning about investing in Real Estate local area (Hampton Roads, VA). I'd like to jump on board with those who have become successful in the business and are willing to take on a student. I've researched my local REIA groups, most aren't within my area for meetups. I'd be willing to even assist other professionals enlarge their portfolios in my market area.

That's the golden ticket! Excellent advice. Much appreciated!

 @Nick C.:
I'm pretty much a newbie to real estate, but I've considered working this process in my hometown before I begin to branch out and I totally agree that you have to know the market. I'm just curious if it's worth it in the long run. A lot have said that this is a good starting point for people just beginning their real estate journey.

I've just started learning about the virtual flipping concept. So far it sounds legit, but I'm sure as in anything there are potential risks involved. Are there any discussions/topics to help me go about getting the information required to start this process/project out? I'd like to connect with those who are/have been involved with the process and closed deals.

Hello all! I'm completely brand new to real estate. I'm in the Hampton Roads, VA area which is a great place for real estate. We have several colleges, vast military just a plethora of various markets. I hope to learn as much as I can to get involved with wholesaling and investing which only seems to peek my interest so far. And this site is phenomenal!
