Virginia Beach Market is great for investors at this time. We have the largest military installation in the world here. As you can imagine that makes our market very transient and homes are always able to be rented out, in fact, we have a huge inventory shortage. Opportunity to flip, build, or buy, and hold. Buy and hold has a few different options as well. Personally I am investing in beach rentals, warehouses, and multi-family in our market. If you want to learn any more about our market shoot me a message and we can set up a call.

Purchase price: $385,000
Cash invested: $100,000

Purchased an old 711 building and leaseback to a Verizon Retailer.
