Most wholesalers are worse than realtors who don't know what a deal looks like. In 6 years in Florida we've purchased hundreds of homes and only get good deals from 1 wholesaler! It's to bad too because nor only are we buying everything we can but we'd even fund the deal for the wholesaler to flip if it was good. Almost never happens.

Find a mentor. Find the money. And don't ever stop beating down doors! That's how I built my business.

Are you acting as the agent or a partner in the deal for finding it?

 Hi Rickey

Thanks for reaching out to me. Unfortunately I wouldnt want to mislead you into thinker we would fund something without meeting you. Trust is obviously a very important factor when your funding like we do. If there is any way you can get down here to meet all the partners I'd suggest you try and make it happen. There is always a chance that you might find a grand slam and we would take a chance with you but personal relationships is really the foundation of our program.

Stop buying courses and take the step man. Real estate is learned in the field. Not a classroom. Find a mentor and pay them to walk you thru your first deal, not a course.
