No matter how much I show the numbers to my family, they are the same way. I don't do this as a full time deal and so everyone is like, "You are just greedy" Don't you make enough already?

Not sure if this is the right forum (this is my first post). I am currently renting in my hometown and not accepting section 8. Obviously because of all the horror stores told on bigger pockets and that I've heard elsewhere. Anyway I'm thinking of buying a triplex in another town and because of the local I was thinking of accepting vouchers there. If I don't my market for this location probably wont be that great. Anyway, if I accept section 8 on this property does that then require me to start accepting at more other properties as well? Does this potentially put me into a conundrum? Anyone have experience with this?

So do you plan to stay in the hunt in early 2018 for real estate deals or are you going to let things settle/pay down a little?

I definitely agree with everyone, this real estate thing is addictive. I started with buying the house next to me this year out of foreclosure and the next thing I know I own 4 more. I’m working on a deal now that will double that the first of 2018! As long as the numbers make sense and it’s fun, I say keep buying

I went through several to find one that essential does all I need (accounting, website, mobile payments, syndication to sites like Zillow). I ended up going with Tenant Cloud it had 99% of what I was looking for . Cozy had the expenses but not as much syndications, rentalutions had the syndication but not the accounting.  Like some of you I was a little skeptical of a start up because I didn't want to get used to one only to have start all over. The runner up was Rentec Direct, the thing that put me over the edge with Tenant Cloud was the mobile app and user interface.

Way to go! Before you know it you'll be owning several more. I started this year to when I bought the house next door to me out of foreclosure then I closed on the house across the street at the same time. Two months later I bought 3 more, now people are calling me with deals.

Do you still have the property available?
