I'm in the exact same boat. We made great money during the housing boom but lost it all in the bust. Finally clawed our way back through my 9-5 and doing things differently this time around, but she wants nothing to do with it...AND SHES A REALTOR!! I'm hoping to change that by showing her and learning more because discussion has gotten nowhere
