I've spent many months in the Birgmingham area during work trips to Hoover. It is an area with a ton of potential that I've put on my list of places to consider as I go deeper into this business.

Hello! I'm a real estate agent and hope to soon be an investor in the Rochester, NY area. I wanted to reach out and get connected with other investors in the Rochester area. I'm planning on looking at smaller multi-family properties as well as some flips to start out with. Just in the beginning stages of this, and would love to work with local investors to expand my knowledge as I get ready to jump into investing.
