I like Dave Ramsey, the idea of being debt free and the peace of mind that would come from that but it seems like it would be hard for the average real estate investor to get ahead especially when starting out.

HI, My name is Jason. I am a part time investor from NC. I have always been interested in real estate investing from an early age. I have a little bit of experience. I currently have 3 single family rental properties. I have flipped 1 house a few years ago. I have a lot to learn. I hope to learn more about  building my rental property business to increase my passive income as well as learning more about flipping.
