I have only one property of my own currently but I was in the multi family housing space in a property management for 10 years and have a pretty good comfort level with it. I am a agent and I get asked by clients all the time if I know a good PM company. So it makes sense to me that I just start my own and offer my services to my clients who need management.

I work with Investors a lot and I am always willing to put in the work in hopes that they will come back and do multiple deals with me. I have found it is very hard to get agents that usually work with typical single family buyers to take investors seriously. All my investors have told me that agents just don't call them back or will call once then just disappear. You need to find a investor focused agent that does not mind putting in the time to help you find a good deal. If they flake out find another and keep looking till you find an agent hungry enough to help, they are out there.  Good luck, wish ya the best!

Looking for quality contractors to help with a remodel near Indianapolis Indiana. -I need a painting contractor experienced with plaster repair. -I also need a kitchen and bath remodeling contractor. -I also need of a good floring company. -Also need a good HVAC company.
