Would a builder go for this?? Propose offer of: home builder buys property (vacant empty lot) for $500k, then we give them $400k back to build. The $100k difference is for living/ personal expenses during the build. In our area northern va homes are built between about 6-16 months (depending ons). When the home sells, they get back their $500k, we get back our $400k and the profit from the future sale of $1.3MM is split 70/30. Also let them know they have first right to other lots. There is another empty lot next door. Each is grandfathered and has its own address. Thank you. My main question again being.....would a builder even entertain this?

1. As landlord, have pest control full exterior and interior inspection every 6 months? Every year? How much should I be paying for this? 2. Known pesticide applications landlords should be paying for proactively? 3. What else?? Of course mentioning services must be pets friendly company:) Thanks BP! -yes I plan to add to next lease in writing
