@Joel Owens when you syndicate NNN deals are your returns similar to multifamily syndications? Feel free to PM if you would like

Nice work.  If the house is worth 500k I would look at selling it.  For what you have in equity your cash flow would take 50plus years to equal that.

Welcome to Biggerpockets.  I am also investing in buy and holds in the area.

Post: What Are Your Personal Goals for 2019?

Great thread so far.  2019 should be a great year.

My goals for 2019

1.  Visit a new country

2.  Climb Mt Kilimanjaro

3.  Purchase 2 duplexes

Pretty good numbers either way.  If you want in the rental business this would be a good one to start with, but it would be tempting to put 10k in it and double your money.

@Rob Hakes Hope all goes well and get some new renters in

@Blake La Grange how is your home with Spartan Invest doing this year?

@Frank Wolter  Great post and very encouraging outlook on responsible leverage and debt.

Can't make the September meeting but hopefully can make it to the October meeting

Match her $700 a week with $700 from the rentals.  It will double your disposable income and you will both be contributing even.  Then invest the remaining 4200 a month back into your real estate.
