I see on other social Media sites, people say you should buy your real estate in a Land Trust.  I don't understand why?  as a new investor do I need to buy my real estate in a Land Trust?  Does this help or hurt me?

Thanks so much guys!  and Jeff Great breakdown.  I was able to do some further thinking as well, What return do I want to get.  This and the info you guys provided helped me to come up with my number.

Hello,

As I gearing up to move into the Apartment Space I look at a lot of deals. Recently I was given a deal with no sales price. I was given T12's/ Rent Rolls, Tax bills etc. Where do I begin to look at this. Operating income is 498,000 and Expenses are 275,000. (rounded of course)

Thanks Guys! I have noticed the HOA's seem a bit high, Probably why the condo's were so cheap. I think I will stick to my SFH's for now until I can get my first Multi.

Hello,

I recently came across some condo's that may make for good rentals.  I have never looked at Condos before so I was wondering what types of pitfalls should I look out for?  What type of questions should I be asking as I analyze the deal?

Hello BP!  My name is Jason and I am brand new to real estate.  I reside in Atlanta Ga and I am looking to transition out of my corporate career and move full time into real estate.  I have spent the last 8 months reading and listening to everything I can about real estate. I have learned a lot and I am now ready I feel, to start branching out and finding some deals.  I am looking forward to networking with all of you in the forums and in life.
