My 2017 property was a former primary residence that didn't sell when needed, most challenging. Learned that I needed a realtor that was local to the property location. What I learned from the rental was the due diligence importance of finding the right tenants. We were desperate and took the first available. I could go on for hours of the horror stories, (squirrels raised by tenant's) yeah!!!! 

Yes, very interested in investing and would love to own a few multi family properties, here in state.

My immediate goal , so far, is finding investors to secure my proposed properties.

What's your strategies? Any experience with RE investing?
