@Eric Brust I agree, make a solid plan down to the dollar how want to invest it whether it be real estate ventures or non real estate.

Look at numbers and returns and weigh risks. Look at what’s most important to you.

If you want more advice, message me.

Hi everyone,

I am in the process of starting a tiny house development and had some questions about a construction loan for it.

A lender I inquired with said that there is a 150k minimum appraisal to get a loan. These tiny houses, max will sell for 100k.

Does anybody know lenders out there with more leighway with lower minimum appraisal values?

Hi,

Me and a partner are looking to finance a property, through a line of credit.

Has anybody done this before? If so, where and how?

@DeWayne Counce. You want the most out of your money. Don’t think sexy, think business.

With Vegas, you can take that 50k and get three properties 100k or under and use them as rental properties. Be smart with location and tenants that move in. You could also try to air bnb the properties but there are a lot of rules in Vegas with this depending on the location.

Vegas is cheap still and economically on the rise with rents and appreciation of home values. Look close to the new raider stadium.
