@James Honeycutt

I did this same thing!

I sold a business in Southern California and moved to Greensboro this year to be hands on in real estate. Now working as an agent specifically with investors, and expanding my own portfolio and business ventures.

I love it here!

Would be glad to connect any time!

@Liam Martin Ruane

If you're not going to STR it yourself, 100% lease it to a reputable person who will.

Without a doubt, STR is less taxing on your property. Hell, half the people never even touch the appliances. They sleep, take a shower, toss some fast food wrappers in the trash, and move on.

Welcome! If you haven't yet joined, look into becoming a member of the Triad REIA. Nice folks, and tons of deals and opportunities being traded around.

@Mel Adams

For me, it was finding an agent in a market I was interested in, who already had the team in place. I got very lucky! So lucky, in fact, that I quit what I was doing to come out and work with him.

My advice: find a rockstar agent (like David Greene)

always says), and that agent will help you get your ducks in a row.

@Ren Navarro

The best time to buy was a few years back. The next best time is right now.

@Waqas Sarwar

It’s both someone who did out of state investing, and who now works as an agent helping others do the same, I’d be happy to answer your questions.

Feel free to DM.

@Bei He

I will backup all the claims for Rocklin Air. While I’ve never personally used them, I know them well, because they bought my Southern California HVAC company from me, and through all of our back and fourth DD, I believe are a stellar family and company, and as good as a contractor can get.

I know they will treat you right.

@Megan Dettenmaier

Not at all your problem. We take our tools home and/or lock them up at the end of the day, because as contractors, we need them to make a living.

Lazy guy didn’t want to spend 20 minutes picking up at the end of the day.
