Does anyone have any ball park numbers on how to estimate rehabs in dc... I am a newbie wholesaler but I can’t seem to find a price per sq fr for dc since it is a high end market.

I’m having trouble finding a purchase agreement for dc and md that allows me to assign another buyer but that also has contingencies. Can someone please help me find one?
