Hi my name is Jason. I am new to REI and want to get into wholesaling initially to build some additional investing capital. Any advice on how to locate the properties in the South Florida market and/or Tampa Bay Area is appreciated. Specifically how to obtain probate lists, etc...and finally what is the best avenue for finding cash buyers to assign deals to? Thanks for the help! Jason
