@Brian Pulaski He knew I was a wholesaler I did state that I do own properties but I also stated my intentions

@Brian Pulaski I thought I was meeting with the seller but turns out he was a wholesaler and we didn’t move forward with anything. I have a buyers list he may not cause he’s fairly new . That’s my position

Is it even possible to wholesale a deal thru another wholesaler ? How do I get paid ? Is he tryna steal my buyer?

@Tom Gimer O ok so write the one contract with both address and sign With my llc, yes cash transaction

I have a seller with two properties this will be my first sell and I was wondering do I need to have them fill out two separate contracts for each property with the price on the contract ? Because he wants 30k for both and 17 for it’s one but I am interested in both so I have him sign two contracts for 15k ?
