Yes, Sidney Torres is actually one of my role models! If you've never visited New Orleans, he highlighted a lot of areas that aren't shown a lot but Make New Orleans "New Orleans"! These areas are also great investment areas!

I would really consider investing in the Greater New Orleans area. I'm a Realtor and I see amazing profits from flips EVERYDAY!
