This is great stuff guys. Would a list provider be able to provide a list of people in a specific area that have option ARM's that are set to reset? If not how would I find that info?

I have been cranking up the wholesale part of my business and have been getting a number of great deals. I am building my buyers list with some success, but does anyone have any creative ideas for building a buyers list? Any thoughts are appreciated.

Just moved into our place today and this will be a busy weekend, but maybe late next week. Not sure when we are coming in, will either be Thur. or Fri. Saturday won't work (ND game). Let's touch base next week.

When people are late on payments it shows up on credit scores first before a default is filed. Anyone have ideas of how to get these leads? These are obviously terrific as they are still probably opening their mail and there isn't as much competition. Any thoughts?

I am actually in Enola, PA, but my wife and I with my in laws just bought a 2nd home in SC and I will be spending a good bit of time there. I am a full time investor and would be interesting in starting an investor club up there if there is enough interest. Are you currently investing in the area?

Just wanted to introduce myself to the group. I am a full time real estate investor involved in a number of different ventures. I personally (personal company that is) own over 50 rental untis, I also sell wholesale priced properties and turn-key rentals to investors. I have 2 partners in another company who are involved in a extensive neighborhood revitalization project in Harrisburg, PA. Although I have been investing for over 3 years, I just went full time this Winter after my son was born. I was a teacher and athletic director full time before making this switch. I look forward to learning and interacting with all of you as one of my favorite past times is education and personal development.

I guess I am glad I didn't go then. My wife and I were contemplating going, but decided against it because of out little one. There was an episode about this "roll out" and it seemed that even that was very ambiguous and disorganized. Love the show, but not sure what they have to offer from "franchise" point of view.
