What is the best way to invest $1000 with the greatest ROI in your opinion?

Stocks?

Options?

Roth IRA?

401k?

Gold?

Real Estate? (Very very very little money down?)

Etc.

I’m curious.

Please do connect with me as well. Reaching my hands out to network with everyone.

@Abel Curiel That type of housing with a small unit basement when I could reside and renting the rest out is what I am shooting for. I personally do not need a lot of space to feel at home. Using the technique that David Greene mentioned on his recent webinar “The Sneaky Rental or househacking”.

Please do connect with me as I have many more questions to ask and seek wisdom from individual like yourself.

@Christopher Parsons I have not yet reached podcast 392, but will definitely jump to it and check it out as it pertains to investing in bigger cities. Thank you for your encouragements and simple guidance! We should definitely connect and talk more!

Good Morning to the BiggerPockets community, my name is Jarvis, 21, residing in the New York City area, I have been lurking around on the forums for about a month or two while reading the book on rental properties and listening to podcasts. I’ve picked up enough courage to make a post to introduce myself to this fantastic and amazing community and really grab ahold of my own future. Of course, I typed all this out on notepad and reread it to myself before I embarrass myself. Coming out of my comfort zone and start seriously networking and connecting with individuals on this platform. Seeking guidance and just chat about real estate to further expand my knowledge and giving me the confidence to pull the trigger.

“Success is when preparation and opportunity meets”

Currently I am leaning towards a buy and hold Small multiple family with the strategy of renting the units. First thing first is my first property I will be looking forward to would fall into house hacking. Saving up my paychecks to reach the down payment percentage for FHA loan on top of reserves and on top of personal emergency funds.

Please do connect with me as I would love to have conversations on real estate.
