I am looking for more information about doing business with partners.  Is it best to set up a separate llc for each of us and have the llc's go into a deal together or do we set up an llc with both our names on it? I would say that the partnership is not going to be a forever thing but maybe a few flips together.  Really it could last longer her if things go well.  Thanks for your ideas in advance.

Aaron,  as a first property I am trying to stay somewhat local.  Im OK with anything in Utah or Idaho.  I have noticed that utah has expensive properties compared to out of state.  Is this Sl rei club different from the Slreia?

Hey everybody,  like the title says I'm new to being a pro member. My significant other and I are new to rei.  I've been listening to all the podcasts and I've read several books on the topic.  We're in the process of trying to get my first property to flip.  I put an offer in the other day and didn't get it.  What is your favorite ways to find good deals?

Also,  is there anybody local to Utah that might want to get together for lunch or something?  I would love to talk to a seasoned investor and hear the do's and do not's.  Thanks everybody and happy investing.

Hey everybody,  I would like to introduce myself. I am in the salt Lake city area.  I am new to this journey in rei. I have always wanted to get into the business but never known how exactly to start.  I was told to read 'Rich dad,  poor dad' by a friend and that kinda kicked things off.  I have gone to a couple workshops and a 3 day event.  Every free moment I have I'm researching and learning more.  I will be at as many meetups as I can from this group as well as the Slreia meetup .  I hope to meet many of you and have the chance to work with you.
