I currently own a handful of properties here in Indiana. This past tax season I was required to start paying quarterly estimated taxes. I currently have my rentals set up in a single member LLC. I know I can increase my withholding from my W2 income to offset this, but is there a way to get around paying quarterly estimated taxes with another type of entity such as a S Corp?

Curious as to what percentages investors in Ft Wayne, IN are using for maintenance, repairs, vacancy, and cap ex? I want to make sure I am not under or over estimating when looking for deal? Any feedback would be fantastic.

Thanks

Curious about what others think about how 2017 will be for real estate investors? With the housing markets booming around the country, the stock market hitting record highs, and a new political administration in the White House, are we poised for another crash of epic proportions or an era prosperity as RE investors? What strategies are you implementing right now to set yourselves and your companies up for success in 2017 and beyond? Please post your comments and area of expertise so we can better understand your perspective on this topic. Thanks

Joey Budka I spoke with one agency and they offered a 60/40 and a desk fee of 17500. They are trying to recruit me in hopes of me leaving my job. I am not quite ready to make that leap at this point. I mainly want my license to gain access to the MLS and other resources I don't currently have to grow my investment business. How could a lower split hinder me?

I am a local investor here in IN, and have recently thought about getting my real estate license to further my real estate business. Give me the pros and cons of doing so. As always, thank you for the feedback
