I'm having a hard time finding information on water and garbage costs in the Dayton area. I'm interested in multi family and single family homes.

From what I've heard the water bill is usually paid by the property owner in multi family properties. Any help would be appreciated.

@Neil Ignatius ,

Welcome to BP. This is a great place to learn with all the forums, podcasts, webinars and so much more. One way to avoid "analysis peralisys" is by setting goals with time frames and then steps to reach those goals.

Planning is good but is absolutely useless if never acted upon :)

Was working full-time and bought a rental property out of state. Working full-time gives you the stability to get started.

On MLS, bought it 5 years ago and did some work on it and rented it out. I still own the property.

Hi everyone.

I was hoping to get some referrals on a good real estate agent and property manager in Dayton Ohio. I'm considering investing in the area and would like to find some good people to work with. Thanks!
