My company does property management on a somewhat larger scale but I am also constantly talking to all different types of property management companies in Kansas City. Do you have an area of KC you are looking? What type of property SFR or Multi-Family?

Up to date and well finished 1810 SF home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 2 car attached garage  within 3 miles of the University of Kansas campus. Large living room with fireplace, hardwood kitchen and large unfinished basement for storage.

Current tenant lease goes through 7/31, but would be interested in staying through ownership change.

I don't know the answer, but I would like to learn it as well. I will start working for a group that syndicates multi family and commercial deals in KC. I know we do it a lot and do it well. I will ask my future boss and owner your question and get back with you, as it will help me as much as you! I will also keep track of others answers here as well.
