Hi All - I'm eyeing an investment in the Kansas City, MO area; and area that I'm not familiar with.  My wife and I are researching and learning as much as we can right now, but I thought I'd ask if anyone in this area has some great property manager referrals.

My company does property management on a somewhat larger scale but I am also constantly talking to all different types of property management companies in Kansas City. Do you have an area of KC you are looking? What type of property SFR or Multi-Family?
