Post: FlipComp - do they give you access to the MLS?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone here has used FlipComp? I signed up for a "free" webinar to check it out, they are claiming they will give you MLS access (as well as county records to compare, comp tools, etc). Has anyone tried it and had good experiences with it?

They make a lot of bold claims, and I'm waiting to see what price tag they are going to throw on it at the end of the webinar, but I was really curious to see what BP members thought.

Thanks!

Hey!

Do realtors have MLS access for the entire country or just the area they operate in? Just wondering if we know a realtor in California but want to look at houses in NC, would they have access?

Thanks!

I was just thinking if you found a private lender that was expecting their money back in 6-9 months or so, is it realistic to think that a bank will refi that quickly?

Hey team! The BRRRR strategy is sounding very appealing to me as a newbie, but I have questions on the refi part. How quickly after a purchase / rehab can you refi in order to pay off private loans? Looking forward to the journey! Thanks! -Jared

I am in for sure, let me know the time and place.  Merry Christmas everyone!!!!

Hi,

Does anyone have experience with any rehab lenders in NC?  My understanding is that rehab lenders will fund a percentage of the purchase and also loan for the rehab, where a hard money lender will only fund a percentage of the property.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some of the better rehab lenders in NC?

Thanks!

We are brand new to the world of REI and fascinated with the idea of rental passive income, but open to anything and everything. We have 8 kids and recently relocated to the east coast from Northern California! Love what I've seen/heard from this community and looking for a new way of life for my family and others that we might be able to help along the way. Grateful for communities like this, looking forward to the journey!
