@Xavier Ramirez, would look into the opportunity as long as it's legit. If you have a investment proposal in writing you can fax it to me at 888-959-2329 and I will have my attorney look over it and do research on the opportunity.

@David Lee - thanks for the ideas I will definitely look into the flipping homes in the metro Atlanta area.

Bigger Pockets Members,

Great podcast shows. I'm on show 22 and I continue to go down the list along with reading all your post. But I'm still undecided to what path to take in real estate investing.

I'm currently a small business owner (very small) in the construction industry. I have a very small amount of cash that I'm willing to invest to start (10k). Can anyone help me out with any advice on how i can get a ROI on such a small investment amount? I Also have what you can call a self-directed IRA LLC with checkbook control that I can also use if I see that the numbers are in my fave.

Any suggestions / ideas / advice would be a great help.

Hello everyone and happy new year, I've been looking into becoming a investor in Marietta GA. I currently own a small construction company and I'm looking to start investing soon. I'm here to learn more about the different ways to invest and to find out what type of investment would fit my needs.
