We did minimal rehab - replaced a toilet, painted, replaced carpet with laminate flooring.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We got it super cheap and it didn't need much work

Anyone know if there is a difference in setting up an LLC in Nevada vs. Wyoming? We are in Georgia. I know you need an agent in both states if you don't live there. Just wondering if there's a difference in asset protection or if they are equal.

TIA

Janie & Larry
