Thank you, @James Hamling. I knew that Wyoming allowed for an anonymous LLC, but I didn't know I would be able to file for a Wyoming LLC as a Minnesota resident.

@Daniel Anshus - Secretary of state office has told me a P.O. box is not allowed. Can you share what information you have that says a P.O. box address is allowed?

I'm in the process of creating my LLC in Minnesota and I see LLC owners' names and addresses on the secretary of state website. Is it possible to create my LLC so that my address and name are not visible when people do a search of my LCC name, whether they search via the secretary of state website or via any other method?

Thank you, @James Hamling. I'm planning to start with a smaller building - 5-20 units - in a B- or C-class area in Saint Paul or Minneapolis or surrounding suburbs, and I'd be looking for a PM that would handle the whole package, the "full monty" as you say.
